Custom pup hoods are made to order and require approximately 4 weeks of production time before shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order reaches the shipping stage. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, and this is completely normal.
Need to make a change? Please contact us as soon as possible. Order changes and cancellations are generally only possible within 6 hours of placing your order.
Payment processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after entering fulfillment may also be subject to shipping costs already incurred and a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we generally do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyers remorse, or products that are no longer wanted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Was honestly suprised how comfy this hood is for the price. The material stretches nicely and doesnt feel super restrictive like some cheaper hoods I’ve tried before. Also really like that the muzzle comes off easy when getting a drink lol. Wore it at a local event and got a bunch of compliments on the black/white look. Shipping took a bit but def worth the wait.
