- Orders under $65 USD: $5.99 USD shipping
- Orders of $65 USD or more: Free shipping
Processing Times
Most orders take a few business days to process before they are shipped. During this time, your order is prepared, checked, and packed by our fulfillment team.
You will usually receive your tracking link within one week of placing your order.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, local carrier processing, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.
Please note that during busy periods, holidays, or peak shipping seasons, delivery may take a few extra days.
Custom Pup Hoods
Custom pup hoods require additional production time because they are made specifically for your design.
Production for custom pup hoods usually takes around 4 weeks. After production is complete, the normal shipping time applies, which is usually around 7 to 14 business days.
Once your custom hood is finished, we will send you a photo of the completed hood together with your tracking link.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.
Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking system to display the latest updates. Tracking information may not appear immediately, and it is normal for updates to take a few days to show during the early stages of international shipping.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped discreetly.
Your order will arrive in plain packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel. We understand that privacy matters, and we take discreet shipping seriously.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees
International customs duties, import fees, or clearance charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to European countries are subject to VAT according to the standard VAT rate of the destination country. If VAT applies to your order, it will be calculated and shown during checkout.
Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and able to receive packages safely.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, an unclaimed package, theft after delivery, or any other issue outside of our control, additional shipping and/or reproduction fees may apply before a replacement order can be sent.
As a courtesy, we may offer discounted replacement pricing in certain situations. The amount of any discount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the product, customization, and circumstances involved.
For custom pup hoods, the reproduction fee is typically around $150 USD, depending on the specific design and materials. Reproduction fees for other items may vary.
In most cases, returned packages can take several months to make their way back to our fulfillment location. If you need your gear sooner, we may be able to produce and ship a replacement item immediately, subject to applicable reproduction and shipping costs.
