I want to cancel my order
Did you change your mind on something that you’ve just ordered with us? That happens! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Simply contact us by emailing to email@example.com
If more than 12 hours have gone by since you placed your order, that means we’ve already started processing the shipping for your items. By that point we unfortunately can’t cancel your order anymore. The next best thing to do then is to ship the package(s) back to us. For more information about that see “Return and Refund Policy“ down below.

Not happy with your product(s)? Bummer! We are happy to help you solve this problem. We offer a 10 day return and refund policy after you receive your item(s).
After contacting us about your refund inquiry, we will look into it and contact you within 48 hours regarding our decision. In most cases we want you to ship us back the item(s). The cost of shipping this is up to you to pay. After we receive the package, we will reimburse you the money on your credit card or other payment method. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get in contact with us regarding a refund inquiry. Delay in delivery is not a valid reason to return an order.
