I want to cancel my order
Changed your mind shortly after placing an order? No problem, we understand that happens. You can request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at woof @ puppyplayexpert.com (remove the spaces).
If your cancellation request is approved within this 6-hour window, we can issue a refund. Please note that payment processing fees charged by credit card providers, Stripe, PayPal, or similar payment processors are non-refundable. These fees are usually around 2.9% to 3.5% plus a small fixed transaction fee, depending on the payment method, country, and currency.
If more than 6 hours have passed since you placed your order, we may have already started processing or arranging shipment for your items. At that point, we unfortunately may not be able to cancel your order anymore.
If cancellation is no longer possible, the next best option is to return the package to us after you receive it. Please see our Return and Refund Policy below for more information.

We offer a 10-day return and refund policy after you receive your item(s). Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pup tail plugs or cock rings.
After you contact us with your refund inquiry, we will review the details and respond within 48 hours. In most cases, we may ask you to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the returned package and confirm that the item is eligible for return, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
