If more than 6 hours have gone by since you placed your order, that means we’ve already started processing the shipping for your items. By that point we unfortunately can’t cancel your order anymore. The next best thing to do then is to ship the package(s) back to us. For more information about that see “Return and Refund Policy“ down below.

Not happy with your product(s)? Bummer! We are happy to help you solve this problem. We offer a 10 day return and refund policy after you receive your item(s).
After reaching out to us with your refund inquiry, we will review the details and respond within 48 hours with our decision. In most cases, we may request you to return the item(s) to us.
