🎨 1. Design Your Pup Hood
Use the designer tool above to choose colors for every part of your hood: base, muzzle, ears, crown, chin and more. Preview your design in real time before you commit. Click the SIZE GUIDE button to find out which size fits you best.
🛠️ 2. We Get to Work
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation from us. Our team then begins handcrafting your hood. Production takes around 4 weeks. When it’s done, we’ll send you a photo of the finished hood so you can see it before it ships.
✈️ 3. Your Hood Ships to You
Your tracking link is sent at the same time as your finished hood photo. Shipping is fast, discreet, and worldwide. No markings on the outside of the package that indicate what’s inside.
Built to Last: High-Quality Neoprene
Every hood is handmade from premium neoprene, the same soft, stretchy material trusted by top pup gear brands worldwide. Neoprene is flexible and comfortable for long wear sessions, holds color well so your design stays vibrant, and is durable enough to handle events, outdoor sessions, and everything pup life throws at it.
This is not mass-produced gear. Every hood that leaves our workshop is made specifically for the person who ordered it.
What You Can Customize
The designer tool gives you control over every part of your hood, piece by piece:
- Base – the main body of the hood, sets your overall color
- Top head – the crown panel on top
- Eyebrows – choose from standard, round, or bushy
- Muzzle plate – the sides of the muzzle
- Muzzle plate decoration – choose from vent holes, whiskers, beard, tusk spikes, or normal spikes
- Cheek patch – where the muzzle attaches to the base, available in half moon or thunder shape
- Nose bridge – the top of the nose
- Nose tip – the end of the nose
- Lip – the lower mouth detail
- Inner ear border – the outline of the inner ear
- Inner ear pad – the inside of the ear
- Outer ear – the back and outer shell of the ear
- Chin flap – the underside panel below the muzzle
- Buttons – decorative detail accents
- Holes for glasses – cutouts along the sides to fit glasses or sunglasses legs
- Hearing holes – openings near the ears for better hearing while wearing your hood
Over 17 colors are available for each section, meaning the number of possible combinations is massive. Whether you want a cool single-color look, a two-tone contrast, or a fully wild multicolor design, the tool handles it.

How does the custom pup hood designer work?

Use the designer tool at the top of this page to choose colors for every section of your hood: base, muzzle, ears, crown, chin, and more. Once you’re happy with your design, select your size, add it to your cart, and complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation from us and our team gets straight to work. Around the 4-week mark, we’ll email you a photo of your finished hood and your tracking link at the same time.
What sizes are available?

We offer four sizes based on crown circumference: M (56-58cm), L (58-60cm), XL (60-62cm), and XXL (60-64cm). Not sure which fits you? Click the SIZE GUIDE button above to find your size.
What material is the hood made from?

All our custom pup hoods are handmade from high-quality neoprene: soft, stretchy, and durable. It’s comfortable for long wear sessions, holds color well over time, and is built to handle events, outdoor sessions, and everything pup life involves.
How long does it take to receive my hood?

Production takes around 4 weeks from when your order is placed. Once your hood is finished, we send you a photo of the final product along with your tracking link, so you get to see it before it even leaves our hands. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location, making the total around 5-6 weeks from order to your door. Planning for Pride or a specific event? Order at least 6-7 weeks in advance to be safe.
Can I customize the hood to fit glasses or hearing aids?

Yes. You can opt in for cutouts along the sides to fit glasses or sunglasses legs, and add openings near the ear areas to improve hearing while wearing your hood. Your gear should work for your actual life, not just look good in photos. Select these options directly in the designer tool before placing your order.
Can one ear or muzzle be a different color than the other side?

Yes, this is absolutely possible. The designer tool keeps things symmetrical by default, but if you want different colors on each side (like different left and right ears), just email us and we’ll make it happen. We do this kind of extra-custom work all the time. There is an extra fee of $10 for extra-custom work.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks after production. All orders are shipped discreetly. The outside of the package gives no indication of what’s inside.
What is your return policy for custom hoods?

Because every hood is made specifically to your design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right. We stand behind every hood we make.
Can I request something the designer tool doesn’t show?
