We proudly ship worldwide in discreet packaging. Thousands of pups around the world have trusted us to deliver their gear safely and discreetly.

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no references to Puppy Play Expert, puppy play gear, or the contents of your order visible on the outside of the package.

Most orders are processed within a few business days and typically arrive within 7-12 business days from the date they are placed.

Custom pup hoods are made to order and require approximately 4 weeks of production time before shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order reaches the shipping stage. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, and this is completely normal.

Returns & Refunds

Need to make a change? Please contact us as soon as possible. Order changes and cancellations are generally only possible within 6 hours of placing your order.

Payment processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after entering fulfillment may also be subject to shipping costs already incurred and a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we generally do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyers remorse, or products that are no longer wanted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
