How to measure your neck for a pup collar
The easiest way to measure your neck is with a soft measuring tape. Wrap it around the base of your neck, where the collar would naturally sit.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure that against a ruler.

Returns and Refunds
Need to make a last-minute change? No problem! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase simply by sending an email to woof@puppyplayexpert.com. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund; however, the cost of return shipping is at your expense and refunds will only be made back to the original method of payment. Please note, custom made items, butt tails, cock rings and chastity cages cannot be returned.
