We take our customers privacy seriously, which is why our products are shipped in discreet packages with no logos, mentions, or product descriptions related to puppyplayexpert, sex toys, or puppy play. With the option to track your items, you can always stay updated with peace of mind! Shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks for most countries. Please note, the production of custom designed pup hoods takes around 4 weeks.
Returns and Refunds
Need to make a last-minute change? No problem! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase simply by sending an email to woof@puppyplayexpert.com. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund; however, the cost of return shipping is at your expense and refunds will only be made back to the original method of payment. Please note, custom made items, butt tails, cock rings and chastity cages cannot be returned.

Bought this for my pup and I have to admit, seeing him wear it for the first time was incredibly satisfying. The tail has a very elegant curve to it and the movement looks beautiful when he walks around for me.
I chose the purple because it felt a bit more regal and teasing compared to the usual colors. Quality is excellent, smooth material and the medium size fit my puppy perfectly. He’s been very well behaved while wearing it, which of course means he gets to keep using it
