Each pup hood is custom made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. We’ll replace your item at no additional cost after confirming the shipping issue. We always do our best to make sure every pup receives their gear safely and in perfect condition.

Getting the right fit for your custom pup hood starts with one simple step — measuring your head circumference. Here’s how to do it right:

1. Grab a soft measuring tape (the kind used for sewing). Don’t have one? Use a string or ribbon, mark the length, then measure it with a ruler.

2. Wrap the tape around your head about one inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears, circling the widest part of your head — just like shown in the image.
Keep the tape snug but not tight.

3. Check your measurement in centimeters (most accurate), or convert from inches using:
👉 1 inch = 2.54 cm

4. Find your size:

Tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up for comfort — neoprene hoods fit best when they’re snug but not squeezing.

Returns and Refunds

Need to make a last-minute change? No problem! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase simply by sending an email to woof@puppyplayexpert.com. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund; however, the cost of return shipping is at your expense and refunds will only be made back to the original method of payment. Please note, custom made items, butt tails, cock rings and chastity cages cannot be returned.
